Hellyb25 has WON her claim!!!! I went to the bank yesterday and was pleased to find an extra £823.00 in there!! YAY!!! They had paid me the full amount plus 8% interest plus £80 court fee. Stick it out everyone. well worth the wait. Its paying for my holiday spends next week!!

Hi, Halifax acknowledged my claim on the 01/05/07 which gives them 28 days to reply. I received a letter of them dated the 17/05/07 stating that basically they are sorry but they think the charges are fair etc etc. What does this mean? Is this their defence? WHat do i do now?

I have been doing this whole thing for a bit now and have sent both letters off. I got a letter last week saying they were looking into the matter and would let me know by the 24th May(my birthday funnily enough). I thought this was a stalling tactic so have started court proceedings today as advised etc. What happens now? Am i going to made an example of? eeek.
