Thank you so much for this. I have done some research on this company and really feel that the BBC should do a follow up on YCC and the aftermath of what's been left behind and how 'customers' are being treated. I did write in February to Godebt stating that I didn't want any further phone calls and to write to me only and complained about one member of staff but this fell on deaf ears and I've still been getting the phone calls.

Hi there, I have just done a search and your Forum came up with some interesting postings about Go Debt. I too am having rude, and bullying phone calls at work not just on my mobile. I was reduced to tears in front of my boss even when I told the person on the end of the phone I couldn't talk and it wasn't a good time. Is there anywhere that I can go to complain? Any response would be greatfully appreciated.
