I have sent one request for information on the 3 accounts. Sent £10 DPA costs and sent recorded, today. Steve

Firstly, great informative website. I now live in SE England, but have been so disappointed in these charges, of which has been many. As to proceed, I have 3 BoS accounts; 1. Personal Current Account. 2. BoS Visa Card A. 3. BoS Visa Card B. Should or Can I request for a list of charges for the all above items, from my Bank's Branch (Benbecula) or would I have to send an individual request for each account to the relevant offices, e.g 1. Local Branch or BoS HQ, The Mound, Edinburgh EH1 1YZ 2&3. BoS Card Services, Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfirmline and additionally have to pay 3 * £10 DPA charge or can this be achieved under 1*£10 request. Furthermore, I noticed, can I claim back upto 6 years or 5 years in Scotland.
