HI I am new to this, so please be paitient with me I am looking for advise with my bank charges claim, I have wrote to my Bank, and they wrote back stating that I would receive a response by 5th April, they have now worte again stating that they are still investigating and I will receive a response by 27th April, I am wondering where do I stand with this, can they keep delaying there response or am I in my rights to try and take further action?
