Sorry, just to be clear, your claim was principally for charges over 6 years old?

Hi people. I have submitted a letter before action to Barlcays and this week they have sent me an offer at about 65% of what I was asking for back. HOWEVER.... About 60% of my charges detailed in my scedule of charges are more than 6 years ago. So... If I end up in court am I likely to be awarded less than I'm being offered now (40% of the total sum) in which case I understand I would be liable for costs. I am kind of tempted to take the offer due to this worry. If I hold out will they make me a better offer? Anyone come across this before?
