    Hi All, Have read loads on here and sent my letter requesting my statements which I have never heard back from, so after the 40 days (ie today) I have gone online with HSBC and calculated all charges a total of £3225 inlcuding 8% interest. This letter is going today, obviously par for the course wait 14 days and then send the LBA letter... When should I contact this DG Solicitors group?! :?
