Hi all, I would like to state that the latest "buzzword" that the FSA have used within the last couple of years is "TCF", better known as "Treating Customers Fairly". The FSA have already fined a number of financial services companies for not treating customers fairly. As an IFA, (without a single client complaint in 19 years I would add) I've had to take an online test in this area and every financial services company has had to implement TCF in every one of its procedures. I would therefore suggest to all that decide to complain against the FSA that they quote TCF, as they are breaking their own main principle of the last couple of years. Regards
