got a letter friday offering me £350 already in the process of taking them to court though nt responding to it.

Just wondering, because as far as i know only 1 case has gone to court. Is that true?

So do i ignore the letter?

I sent out my letter claiming my "charges" back after I received my statements off them. About a week later, i received a letter back telling me a load of rubbish about how to complain and a booklet with it. What do i do now? do i re-write them a letter or to i stick to the 14-day money back, which I gave them on the letter. And then once that runs out issue a claim against them?? Help much appreciated.
