Hello, not really sure if im in the right section but here goes. I was just wondering if anyone has any faith or experience with those "Credit Rebuilding" cards. They have an extremely high interest rate but they are meant to help you rebuild your credit rating. Is this just a ploy from the credit card companies to attract people with low ratings or can they rebuild your rating? thanks graeme

What address do i send the non comp to? had a copy of my original letter saved on my computer but cant find it. graeme

just rang barclays, they tell me its forty working days. should i hit them with the non compliance letter or just wait

Hello guys, I need a bit of clarifaction on statements being issued. i requested mine from barclays on the 19th of April and was told they would take up to forty days. It is now the 5th of june and still havent received them. Is it forty working days or forty calendar days i have to wait? Really itching to get started with this. thanks Graeme

I have received my statements from capital one and jave worked out all they owe me bar the interest. i was wondering when you are using the spreadsheet templates do you have to include all your transactions i.e when you make a payment, incur a penalty or do you just include the penalty charges levied against you?? thanks in anticipation graeme

I have only just begun taking steps to reclaim unfair charges from barclays and i was just wondering how much they were able to justify charging for overlimit fees. I am under the impression that it is £12 so does that mean i can claim back £18 for each penalty charge as the charge used to be £30. thanks, graeme
