confused still court letter this morning of judgement (dont know what that is) saying we have until the 30th may to basically sort something out. can anyone help me on this and the matter above thanks

help anyone!!!! i put my settlement into sc&m 12th april,so nearly 4 weeks,still not money in account rang sc&m this morning to say they are sorry and there is nothing theycan do as ltsb need to process the money into the account.surly its doesnt take nearly 4 weeks. anyone got any advice for me as i really need the money

hi im helping partners friend with his bank charges,its been over 40 days since i sent the letter asking for all charges but he has not received anything,what do i do now????

im claiming from my other account also £1,500 sent first letter and received one saying they needed 4 weeks so 4 weeks is up tomorrow and received letter today saying they need another 4 weeks. so should i send my lba tomorrow as i think they are trying to stall

spoke to sc&m this morning and clarified the amount and it is my full amount of £3414.50 and too be added is £120.00 and £100.00 so the total is £3634.50 yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant believe i have done it will wait until its in bank before i seriously celebrate

i'll write a letter i think and send it recorded delivery tomorrow just saying i have noticed a discrepancy in your letter etc, as i knew they wouldnt return my call partner thinks i should just take the £2918.17

thanks barty,would it just be a standard letter explaining the figures are wrong and that they should be this blah blah??? cant find any sort of leeter in the templates

is there anyother way to contact sc&m as i dont have a fax machine and tried ringing but they are not very helpful. said they would ring back but dont give much hope for tthat happening.
