I am claiming charges back for my son sent first letter 12th february 2007 asking for 6 years statements, cheque cashed 15th Feb letter on 39th day saying they are busy and cannot send them within 40 days, 27th March 2007 18 months statements arrived, contacted ICO had no response as yet, wrote to bank again 2nd April 2007 requesting the rest of statements without any further delay, has anyone else had this problem.
