i HAVE HAD A FEW THREATENING LETTERS FROM CBS TRANSCOM AND ARROW RE A LOAN I TOOK OUT IN 1998, I SETTLED THE LOAN IN 2001 BUT THE ONLY PROOF I HAVE IS MY CREDIT RECORD WHICH STATES THE DATE IT WAS SETTLED ON AND THE BALANCE IS 0. i HAVE SENT A COPY OF THIS RECORD TO CBS BUT THEY SEEM TO BE IGNOREING THIS. THEY HAVE SENT ME THE CREDIT AGREEMENT WHICH TOOK THEM NEARLY 12MONTHS. i BELIEVE I HAVE PAID SOME MONEY TO THEM SINCE 2001 BU I THOUGHT I WAS PAYING FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT WAS OUTSTANDING. WHAT CAN I DO. ANY ADVICE GREATFULLY RECEIVED

Hello, My credit report file states that a loan i had was settled in 2001, I am unable to find letter confirming this. I am being harrased by a company called cbs transcom. Can anyone tell me if my credit report is enough evidence, to get them to stop cotacting me. It clearly states that the loan was settled in 2001 and that there is no outstanding balance. Any assistance would be greatfully received.

They have already defaulted because i requested cca's over two months ago. but they keep threatening court action. Then these applications were poste to me, should i go back to them, if yes what should i say in my letter.

The form dosn't state amount of credit, credit limit or rate of interest.

Hello I sent Blair, oliver and scott three cca requests over two months ago, which they ignored. i recently wrote to them again and they have now sent me copies of the original application forms, is this what they should be sening me or have they still not sent me what they should be.
