I am not sure if its the same claim twice. They have paid me£1110 already which is what i asked for but they then sent this letter saying they are going to pay me £489 as a gesture of goodwill and in addition to any other gesture of goodwill i had received. i then rang them as i need the money and they said that i took them to court and its in the hands of their legal team. I'm confused by the whole thing and not were it came from but it did and now i wish i could get the money.

Hi ppl. My first thread on here. I need help and quick. I'm short on cash and have already claimed against mbna. They paid after doing moneyclaim online. But on the 14th August I received a letter stating that after my complaint they are going to send me out a cheque for £489 within the next ten working days. Wahoo they must have made a mistake. The letter said that they are giving me this as a gesture of goodwill and that it is addition to any other gesture of goodwill i have already received. What i need to know is do they have to pay me this as its probably a mistake and when i phoned about it they said it was in the hands of ther legal team. What should i do? please help
