Thanks so far everybody ! Which is the best address to send the LBA letter to, or do I just send to my local branch ?

Cheers for the help Parkvale. Nuddy I will follow your progress as suggested, as we're at around the same stage. Glad this website was recommended to me, learnt more in one morning than in the last 1-2 months.

Helps to know that !

Cheers nuddy, I'll get that sent out asap. Can't help thinking I'm at the bottom of a long ladder that you guys are nearing the top. Would it be safe to say that Natwest are one of the more difficult to get the charges back from ?

Many thanks, and in light of this I wish to change my thread title to "Anybody - Help Please"

Sorry, as I said, new to all this, and the "for obvious reasons 2 statment was purely due to him being an employee at Natwest. Please accept my apologies.

Hello all, I'm a new user to this forum, and would like Natties advice (for obvious reasons). I have sent my initial list and letter of charges to Natwest, who have since sent me a letter from the Cust Response Unit etc, declaring they would contact me within 10 days. It has been nearly a month, and I have contacted them by telephone twice, the most recent last Tuesday when they told me an offer letter is in the post. What would be my next best move oh wise one ???? (Charges are approx £1000 - for info)
