Hi, Just thought I would say wello ;c). I started my claim end of last month but following advise from another site. (Wish I had come accross this one before). They sent me my statements within a few days which amazed me. Sent the first letter around the 5th and hadn't heard anything after the 14 days so sent a second letter giving a further 14 days before I start legal proceedings through the county court. So bac to waiting lol
