Hi there, I am just about to start proceedings against barclays for charges over the last 3+ years for bouncing direct debits (or at least my g/friend is about to). We contacted Barclays to ask for the statements, and she was very helpful and knew exactly the right address to where these requests had to go!!! So... I will have a shufty through the FAQ's and the guides, and get cracking on getting her money back. Cheers Tony
