Claimed £1799.99 Paid £1799.99 1st letter sent 26th feb 2nd letter sent 14th mar MCOL 3rd April Claim Acknowledged by cobbetts 20th april offer received 23rd april money received 1st may

i sent back my offer by recorded delivery on 25th April meaning natwest would have got it thursday 26th April. Money got paid into my account Tuesday 1st May. That makes 3 working days. Anyone needs any help let me know or PM me. Thanks Deller and everyone who helped. Thanks CAG.

Hi Could do with some advice. I sent my first letter to local branch (Rec Delivery) on 26th Feb. Recieved no reply. Sent a second letter to Local Branch and Borehamwood (Rec Delivery), received no reply. Didnt bother chasing and just filled a claim (MCOL) against NatWest on 3rd April. On 20th April they acknowledged my claim. Surprisingly, today I received an offer letter from Natwest saying they are happy to pay me back the full £1799.99 as a gesture of goodwill and the usual crap thats in the letter. Can I accept the offer or is it too late? Do I tell MCOL that I've received an offer? Please advise...
