  1. I am a sole trader and have written a standard letter to Lloyds TSB asking for details of bank charges since I started in 2004. I gave them 40 days to respond and they have not. I then wrote to them again asking for the details giving them seven days to reply and they have not responded however they did write and give me an overdraft of £111.00 which I never asked for and when I wrote to them asking why they had given me this they have not replied again, Can you advise re my next step. Iggy
  2. Thanks for that its on its way:D :D Iggy
  3. I wrote to Lloyds TSB in relation to bank charges and included that I was aware that there was a charge for supplying the information. I received a letter back stating that the full details would be sent to me. I have waited 40days Plus and still no reply. this has been the case in relation to a large number of questions I put to my manager. Can someone assist with the next course of action please do I have to send a Data Protection Act - Non-Compliance letter or do I just hit them with a county court summons which would give me more pleasure    Iggy
  4. I posted a thread a few days ago and got no reply at all. My query is simple if anyone can help. I have written to Lloyds TSB asking for the details of bank charges. I appreciate that there is a 40 day waiting period. Am I able to just hit them with a county court summons should they not reply with the details. I say this bearing in mind that I have asked a number of question is relation to my account over a period of about 6months none of which Lloyds TSB have answered
  5. I am having a torid time with Lloyds TSB. I have a business account as a sole trader. I have sent in the region of about 15 letters to Lloyds TSB in relation to the fact that they stopped overdraft facilities, stopped paying my direct debits and took my debit card off me and obviously bank charges they apply when I now go overdrawn because I can not monitor the account. The account was/is not run badly and has/does go overdrawn by small sums now as a result of not being able to monitor the account. Three weeks ago I wrote to Lloyds TSB asking for details of bank charges. To date I have not had these details. I appriciate that there is a 40 day wait, but I don't think I will get a reply as I have not had a reply to the questions I have asked in 15 letters. Will I be within my writes to hit them with a county court summons without any further request in relation to this as I am getting tired of communicating with the my business manager. I recently wrote to them in relation to a sickness insurance policy that their insurers had not paid on after three months, and, I gave them 14days as the agent(seller) of the policy to sort it out (I sent the insurance company the same letter) and said that I would, on the 15th day attend the local county court. I had a letter back from them dated the same day as I delivered the letter stating that it would be sorted in the next couple of days and I was forced to ring and tell them that I obvioulsly had not made myself clear and that whatever happened in the 14 day period of time on the 15th day I would attend court. Guess what---------on the 13th DAY the money was paid into my account. Iggy0635
