    hi all. first letter in to the halifax on 1st march. had a reply that they would look into it , sent second letter in on monday. still heard nothing, so phoned them today only to be told that they will take another 30 days to come back to me. i have £3000 IN BANK CHARGES.....what should i do now please help.....
