  2. Hi there, No terms to agree to, only a double copy of the form to withdraw the claim from the court strangely enough the cheque says payable to : into account followed by the amount

  5. Claim : £3800 True to form, Natwest {Cobbetts} filed a defence just before judgement by default was granted. Presumably the request&defence Cobbetts sent out is fairly standard. I've seen a couple of standard replies here, along the lines of supplying the breakdown of charges and a letter stating I am a private individual and will take direction of the court on the date... Is this the best approach? Cheers

  7. Did the moneyclaim, they entered no defense so I have requested Judgement by default....
  8. Moneyclaim submitted 07/06/2006 for just shy of £1,000 Will keep updated. Thank you all for the great help this site has been. Should the outcome be in my favour I will not hesitate to donate back to the site.
  9. Have you been doing everything in writing or have you been emailing them? They were very helpful in providing a written statement of charges (£800+) which they did for free, prompted only by a polite email
