I recentley went to my solicitor to seek help in resolving a council tax disute. I was told that my solicitor had retired and was passed to a young female solicitor . in a short period of time I had a bill for several hundred pounds (5 hours at £120 plus vat) not unresonable in this day . but soon after came a letter from her , she called me mary smith , at my address , with all my buisness in the letter and signed it , now do she think i have turned into a woman , or do she not read the letters that she signs and sends (good job it was not a death warrant) at this point i am worried , we have made no progress with the council . I called her about this letter but she ignored my question , and went to her question about her fee . she has now raised a court action to make me pay her , do i pay up and shut up or is she neglegent (how do yo you spell that word)
