  1. Thanks. I already said in my original letter that i would take this to small claims if they fail to respond within 14 days so I guess thats the next step.
  2. Hi folks, looking for a bit of advice....... I'm currently pursuing bank charges refunded for the last 5 years from Halifax/BOS. I sent my claim away a fortnight ago and received a letter back today recognising my complaint against unfair charges. FINE! They then go on to draw my attention to the fact the Financial Services Authority gives them 8 weeks to investigate and respond. They then go on to say I will hear back within 4 weeks. Is this just stalling tactics by them and should I go ahead and take this to the small claims stage, or wait the 4 weeks and see what they come back with?? Any help much appreciated. Thanks
