My last reconnection charge was £15! But to be fair, i am poor, and we all know BT like to charge the poor more for their service.

Good for you Denver. I wonder two things regarding this £5 charge... How many poeple have managed to pay their bills any quicker as a result of this charge since it was introduced? How much have BT made from all the £5 charges they slap on us? regards. PXR5

Hi All, it's Friday 16th, but the way today has gone I'm sure it should be the 13th! 8.30 am - rant with my bank regarding why the feck is a quicker for me to travel by bicycle almost 200 miles to get payments than a standing order takes. 8.45 am - bt call to inform they have slapped another £5 on my bill for late payment and if i dont pay by next week they stop my out going calls, which will cost me a further £15 to get them back on. How nice. Here I am, trying to get my own business off the ground (internet based, so i really need my phone line). Not only am i chasing clients to pay me for my services, I've got bt charging me because my incoming payments are late (again), I've got the bank processing payments at a snails pace. I've been mugged twice by the police for working in an off licence (but they're allowed to mugg me, they're the police!). I'd better stop now, I'm normally a nice happy go lucky chap, but today.... rant rant rant. regards, PXR5
