I sent off the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) 10 days ago and received the Barclaycard statements going back until 2004. According to Barclaycard, the rest of the statements are stored on microfilm and will take 6 weeks or so to process. Should I wait the 6 weeks for the microfilm data and then send the LBA? Am I correct in assuming that I only claim the charges like "Late Payment Fee" "Exceeding Limit Charge" etc and not the interest that has been charged every month? Please help....any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

I've been having loads of calls from this number 01514710111....when I answer it, it cuts off...when I ring it, it goes dead... Just so friggin annoying...
