Yes the 8% interest added at claim stage (I had previosuly asked for this in the earlier letters to HSBC - using templates from Martin's money matters site)

Sorrt about crashing the other thread - have just replied ion there too! Thanks for the info and will sit tight until I hear from the court then. Hmm can I still use the interest calculations that I worked out on my claim date even though that will be a few days later? I think this is ok!

Hi there everyone - just wanted a bit of reassuarnce that I'm doing the right thing really. I have already written two letters to HSBC and recieved the standard letter back from them saying they are looking into it. I have waited for a while now so yesterday I filed my claim on MoneyClaim and paid the £120. I'm a bit unsure of what to do now. Do I need to send the statement of charges to Moneyclaim now (and is this to the Northhampton court?)? Or wait until they get back to me? I'm feeling a little bit out of my depth, but am determined to go all the way!
