Hi houndy Yep we think that may be the case but until we get the defence we wont know.. For those thinking this a bit strange it is because we closed our account with them 2 years ago and they have been known to pay into an unaccesable account. I'll keep you posted

Hi all Great to see such high spirits but please be aware of what is happening to me. Nationwide put in a defence in at the last moment and now I am waiting for my Q A pack. My case has been sent to my local court. I still believe I will win but I think they are now dragging it out as long as they can. Just wanted you to know it could take longer then you think.

Thank You. So am I right in thinking that i can ask for judgment on the 6th april? In other words bank holidays and weekends make no difference to the 28 days? and I've got my dates right? Sorry to be such a pain but I want to get this right.

Hi all hope you can help. I have started proceedings through mcol and nationwide have said they will defend. not worried about this posturing but i need to know which date i should apply to the court for judgment should they not enter a defence? mcol say the acknowledment is the 8/03/07. I understand that they have 28 days but what about the forthcoming easter bank hols and weekends. I am uncertain of the served date though I guess it was 7/03/07 as this is the date nationwide put on the response pack. any idea?

Just joined.. at the present I am waiting for the 28 days to pass as Nationwide have acknowledged my small claimes proceedings.
