just to let you all know court date is for may 8th checked bank account today and the total amount £3300 has been paid in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we have no letter just the money in the account we couldnot have done it without the help of this site a great big thankyou and a donation will be made in next few days

hi hoping im posting in the correct section we have a court date 8th may against the lloydstsb so i am preparing the bundles when i originally got my bank statement ciopies i inadvertently sent the tsb the originals with my refund request however i have a full set of photocopied statements 1 will it be okay for me to take these to court if it comes to it 2 in preparing my bundles do i need to send the court office a full set of the statements 3 in preparing the tsb bundle do i need to send them yet another set of statements i would appreciate a speedy reply please in hind sight i should have started preparing the bundles in advance thank you in advance

hi im now at the stage of entering N149 Allocation Questionaire claiming back £3000 the TSB have been most unhelpful and ive had 3 letters telling me they are correct and im wrong i have almost given up the fight because these letters did scare me now ive completed the AQ and used your guides to help me read their defense again got scared so im popping the AQ & cheque in the post before i loose my nerve aprilnash
