Hi , This is my first post. I have an HSBC account and cc acount. I tried to get money from my regular account today and was surprised it was with £10 in overdraft. When I rung HSBC they said cause I was late in my cc payments they simply transferred all my money from my regular account to pay of my cc account. No I am not only low on money but also in overdraft which they will charge me for as well. I never heard of such a policy and wondered if that is legal. I never got a notification or penalty charge. Any tips what I shall do know? Thanks isibue
