Hi, I have followed this site and taken Clydesdale bank to court for 680 pounds including interest. I have a court date for the 3/08/07 this Friday and are concenred what i need to take with me ? Can anyone prepare me for what happens there ? Will my claim be affected by the OFT test case ? Can anyone help me please.. ? I have also just posted a LBA to the Halifax and hope to take them to court also, later in August or early september ? Thanks alot

Hi Harry, i have a calling date at court with the CB in Ayr, on the 3/8. The CB have sent me a letter via the court to say that they intend to defend themselves and appear in court. What does this mean for me in court. What do i do, there ?? do i just read through my claim etc ? please help me... i just thought that they would not attend. ? but i am also keen to fight these people and get my money 680 quid. thanks

Hi , I have just recieved a letter from the CB stating their terms and conditions the sme as the one Hoogie32 recieved. What do i do next. I am claiming 680 from them, and i live in Scotland. I started the martins money tips letter templates, do i just continue with that ? I dont know what to do now ? Also i sent all the other stuff to my branch, but now i notice this letter came from a LEEDS address ? they seem to have set up a claims department. This cheeky letter has just made me more determined to get my money back. Can anyone who has been through this give me a hand:confused:

I have recieved this conditions letter sayng that they are within their rights to charge this, and if i dont reposnd in 8 weeks they close my case. What do i do next ? What is an LBA?
