    this is my first post so apologies if i am repeating something that is contained elsewhere. I have writte the initial letter to my bank, Lloyds TSB and am wondering as to my next step. I live in Scotland and will have more than £750 to claim back and am confused as to how I approach this. Do I file multiple claims for £750? Do I do this through an English Court? Please advise. Many thanks.
