Can someone please advise the next step with the HSBOS when they have not answered the third step ie threatening court action. They owe me over £3000 but small claims in Scotland is only £750. Can anyone help.

To keep you up to date I have recieved the last 6 years and identified all charges that I am claiming and will be sending the request for recompense tomorrow. before I new about the CAG I was using the cut outs from papers on this subject. My next project is trying to reclaim for a PPI which I feel I was mis-sold. It is a BOS CREDITCARE GOLD policy. If anyone can advise on this type of policy I would be grateful.

Hi all just joined and have a couple of targets 1st is Bank charges from Bank of Scotland then a PPI from them also...big rip off. Have looked at some of the comments before and I'm quite optimistic Will keep you posted.
