Hi, Look at the thread called 'has anyone lifted a stay against their claim?' on the Abbey forum and you will find some more information which might help. Basically it looks like it may be best to wait till the 21st May, but take a look. Good luck!

Yes, I need advice too. I just rang Tun Wells CC and they said that because of the ruling some of the cases on Stay are no longer legal claims, as the case found that charges ARE legal - just not the level of charge. I'd like to lift my stay and carry on with the claim but I am really not sure what to do now???!
