Hi I am claiming from Nat West Bank I have sent them my first letter with the details of the amount I wish to claim back from them. I sent the letter to them by registered post a week today and I still haven`t heard anything back yet. I think this must be the worst part !!.

Hi this is my first time to post a thread, Ive only just begun challenging the bank about my charges and have found the site useful. Is there anyone out there a novice as I am. the bank has had my claim for one week now and no news beginning to become nervous. !!!!!.:? any suggestions !!!!
