Got in trouble with a Natwest Overdraft a few years ago, could not keep up the repayments due to the charges being applied, eventually the account was closed. Which cause me major probs at the time got behind with everything, including the mortgage, slowly caching up with it all now. Regarding the Nat West account have been paying through the fredricksons web site missed a payment last month tryed to pay this month payment was refused just advised to phone 0870--- (0870 barred from my phone). 1/6/07 recieved a County Court Claim Form Claiment Nat West bank. Address for correspondence Bryan carter & Co Solicitors Weybridge. dated 31/5/07 Claim for £290. + C/F £20. + S/C £50. for part of Dept due under agreement xxxxxx The agreementwhereby the defendent agreed to pay the claiment £xxxxx (The Dept). For the avoidence of doubt in making his claimfor a part of the dept the Caliment does not waive any rights as to the balance of the dept which the defendent continues to owe to the claiment under the agreement the claiment reserves the right to further claims for such sums of the dept as remain outstanding. Today 4/6/07 recieved letter from Bryan Carter & Co Soliictors. Stating that as I have failed to make payments have now issued Litigation Proceedings you will recieive a claim form in the next 48 hours. letter dated 31/5/07 Can someone please advise on where I start with this one, thanks
