  1. OK,so the matter is slowly approaching a meeting date, but then i see they;ve sent me a cheque with the whole amount that they owe me, in terms of charges and no actual money covering court charges and 8% interest... so what to do... accept the money and be happy or hang on until they send me the court info? for the date and then insist on pressing forward for the right to get the whole sum back???
  2. Note the administrative errors that take place when transfering the case file from one court to another, it is quite pathetic how the courts are unable to call one another and communicate, the process isn't water tight and the people who work in these institutions in London don't appear to be the sharpest knives in the drawer. Eventually i hope they'll get they;re act together... we can only, but pray... or right a letter to the court manager
  3. It's getting a little ridiculas, this has been going on since December! I mean i thought the whole process would have been a lot quicker than this, now this has been trasfered again for the 3rd time... which is delaying trial and verdict
  4. Royal Courts of Justice!!! Ok, so since the administration of London's Country courts had lost/not recieved my document, i went along personally to make sure them. After asking for an update on what's been going on, they chap informed me that the case file has jus been receieved from the judge and it's been transfered to the Mercantile court, he didn't know the reason, but the Judge who sits in the Mercantile court is working in the Royal Courts of Justice and that all information should go to the Royal Courts rather than any other!!! Does anyone know the reason for why the claim is going to the RCJ??? Is this a test case?
  5. Strange, haven't heard anything from Cobbetts or Natwest, wonder what's going on, the last thing i heard was that they've changed the court that they're using... that's all.
  6. Right you are, so 1 copy of the n244 form + 3 copies of N1 + 3 Scheduals + £35 cheque. All done, brilliant
  7. Also, within the charges that you list, would you include interest that the bank has charged you over the period that they've been charging you? Do you include the interest of your personal account bank statement, which is a withdrawl from your account?
  8. Gosh, i've been on this all day, have three copes of the N244 ready to go, 3 scheduals to go and am trying to work out the interest per day charge, with very little luck. Is it against the back charges you work out the interest or the total amount, including all court fee? So it's 8% of the total amount that would fill in that section? Any ideas anyone?
  9. How would i go about working out the daily interest charge that i need to include in section 6b, towards the end???
  10. Also, where it asks for brief of claim on the 1st page what would be the ideal title for the claim (presumming it is a title there asking for) that i should put in there
  11. The amount that i'm claiming differs from my initial claim in Dec, will that cause a problem, the reason why it differs is beacause my calculation of the the interest was incorrect. Will this cause a problem?
  12. Also, do you not get the money claim and court fee money back which both amount to £220, i've included this in my schedual. SO i change the time on my laptop and open the spreadsheet which will have different interest figures on it. then send it of?
  13. Understand that, but at which point do i include the interested charged since the bank has had the money to the day?
