Hi, and thanks for the support - I was beginning to think they were not going to respond to my preliminary letter at all - but I'm not letting them off, the next letter is ready to go tomorrow...

Hi - I'm just in the process of making a claim against HSBC, I was advised to send my preliminary letter to the head office address which is in London. Just got a letter back saying they are considering it... Good luck -

Inspired by the recent success of my neighbours I have decided to recoup charges imposed on me by HSBC. This may sound like an incredibly daft question but where do I send the preliminary request to - is this a simple as my account holding branch or does this need to go to head office:confused: Thanks in advance
