Hi, I'm a little daunted by calculating the overdraft interest on my charges, which total about £4000 since August 2000. Is there a Mac readable spreadsheet I can download? I already have statements in my possession going back to 2000. Is there an advantage in sending off for up to date versions? Is there a different format I should use for the first letter to the bank seeing as I have a business account?

Thanks for your responses, I'm sitting at my computer doing my accounts, I guess the first thing to do is try and add up just how much the bank has charged me in penalties over the last few years since they started their 'referral charges'
