    This probably wont help, but I am at the stage of Notice of Issue with the Halifax so was very interested to see that they are defending your claim. Perhaps this is what will happen with mine, so any replies you get I will read with interest. Good Luck!

    Hello everyone! I've been in the process of reclaiming my bank charges since mid January. The 14 days notice of legal action I have given my bank expires on 2nd March. I'm lookingfor help with the calculation of interest charges and filing court action if anyone can be of assistance?
