hi there, im new here today, but wanna say that nationwide charges me £30 for every direct debit returned, even when it was for something like £5.95, other ones were £27.99, but today, i just checked my online statement, and they took £90 in charges!!! which has now left me broke, and the money wont be in there for a direct debit which will come out, on the 7th, and i get paid on the 8th!! nationwide can see, that i get paid on the 8th of every month, and i dont have an overdraft facility (they wont give me one) but they are happy to take my money, when i dont really have it in there in the first place, except to pay bills that im meant to. any thoughts/ideas? can i do anything about this?
