Can anyone please advise me? I defaulted on a loan to abbeyearlier this year, and have 4.5k outstanding. I have Capquest on my tail, Have paid them a few hundred but they have offered discount if I settle. What is situation with my credit file if I settle with Capquest?

Have just had day of reckoning with JBW bailiffs, 1K for two tickets, loads of lies about visits previously made , Howver will sort that out separately. How do I find out details of any Parking tickets against me + Co Charge so that I can sort them all out so I diont have to deal with these **** again.

My problem relates to a default with T mobile. I changed over my mobile account to Orange from T Mobile, Payment for 120.00 went adrift, long and short of matter , I ended up with default. When I found out about it , after signing on to equifax online, I paid it off and it was marked as settled. I assumed that this was end of matter, Naive fool or what. cant get overdraft , completely screwing up my business. recently sent off template letter with postal order requesting , true certied signed copies of original agreement and default notice on 16th april, or they must remove from records. got letter today dated 30th April from T Mobile saying agreement is exempt under consumer credit act 1974 and they do not have to file notice of default prior to termination. They attached copy of current terms and conditions. Any help or advice welcomed.
