Hi there,just thought i'd let you know that i am also claiming back from BOS and was unsure where to send my LBA, i phoned the phonebank this evening and asked where to send it and they gave me the address as being Bank Of Scotland Customer Complaints Dundas House Viking Way Rosyth KY 11 4UU i dont know if this helps any,but im going to send my lba to that address as i dont know if halifax would deal with it.

Hi everyone, I thought i would join CAG and see what help and advice i can get. I am currently in the process of trying to reclaim my bank charges,got a letter from the bank 2 weeks ago to say they had passed my complaint to customer services,but as yet i have heard nothing. I dont know how long i should wait before contacting them again to find out if they are dealing with my claim. Any help or advice would be greatly received,thank you.
