  2. Thanks for all help. Will spend the night perusing… after the England match, of course
  3. Thanks again. One thing: when you say list of charges, do I have to put exact date and quantity of fine and reason for each fine? One final thing: my fines came to £1,560. Is it now too late to ask for interest too? Also, I've probably suffered a fine or two since my original total. Can I increase the total I'm looking to get reimbursed? Cheers again
  4. Thanks for getting back to me. Excuse my ignorance but what's an LBA? So far have sent templates regarding: Request for statements Amount to be claimed Barclays have replied to both. Now at the stage to say thanks for the offer, would like an interim payment, before wanting the whole lot… but unsure how
  5. Afternoon all Lovely Barclays have offered me £750 from a request for £1,560. Am going to say thanks but no thanks but unsure of next stage. Basically, is there a template to follow (me being the simple type)? best wishes Jimbo
  6. Afternoon all Have a long history of charges from the joy that is Barclays, stretching back several years now. See my first step to trying to get monies back is to find out how much I've been charged over the last 6 years. How do I go about gaining this info? Presumably I just phone up my bank but will they charge me - again - for the privelige? Cheers Jim
