I mentioned 6 yrs as I thought this is the ammount of time you can claim back your money for I sent it to the address at the top I checked with royal mail it has been signed for but no reply

Hi i sent 2 cheques for 10pound each to halifax to gat my statements from the last 6 yrs and i have not had any reply at all I even sent them recorded delivery. How long does it take for a reply its been 2 wks and the 10pound cheques i sent have not been cashed do you think there is a backlog How long should i leave it Any advice would be gratefull:-x

I need help 4 yrs ago I banked with Natwest in my uni days and got charged quite allot for going over since then i changed to halifax but I cant remember my sort code or account number.. Does anuone no how to go about this or been in a similar place. Also can i claim back fees on my credit card thanks in advance:-)
