Hi, just written first approach letter. Does schedule of charges mean enclose a photocopy of the bank statements showing charges???

Do people re type these letters or is there a format where you fill in the blanks and print off????

Thanks, So really its easier to stick to obvious charges, and steer clear of interest on O/D. I have read the FAQ and were very useful. Just trying to get clear. One more thing, with the template letters do people re- write them or can you type over top somehow??? Sorry for ingnorance. Nick

Now, i presume i can claim when they have charged me referral fee, but can i also claim interest charged for going overdrawn. Any help on clarification on what I can claim would be great!!
