Hi out there, can anyone help me? I received a letter from a collection agency saying if I didn't pay £9.00 to them on behalf of Switch2 telecoms I will be taken to court! I was with them years ago and haven't had any orrespondence with them about this and haven't got a clue what it is for. I am trying to find a telephone number so I can contact them direct but have no joy on any search engines. Does anyone have a number I could ring. I know it's only £9.00 but it's the principal of the thing. When I switched from them years ago they kept billing me which meant me ringing them regularly to get it cancelled, so probably has something to do with that. Thanx for reading
