  1. Hi McIavelli... Thank you so much for your kind words and advice...the court date was on the 19th..havent got a clue what went on lol....all I know is that lloyds paid up 2,500 woooohoooo lol its five hundred short than the original amount but im gonna press for that too!!! its cheered me up nooo end lol...and there's no way I would have won if it hadn't been for this site...so as soon as the money clears im gonna send some to CAG with grateful thanks...i ididnt think i would win when lloyds hadn't settled before court and was very disheartened...ps the press idea is a good one...didnt think of that:) Kind regards Lisa
  2. thank you for your help...I checked on line today and I have recieved partial payment! its not the full amount...about five hundred pounds short....does any1 have any ideas what happens next? have had no correspondence from the court or lloyds....
  3. hi... i know what you mean..the court bundle is very mistifying at first, it took me a while to get my head around it lol...well......my advice to you would be to still do the court bundle, just the basic bundle. I included this: let's take it step by step item 1 - your schedule of charges - easy! (making sure each charge has a date, a name from the statement and amount) item 2 - statements (only pages with charges circled) - easy! (if you got your statements off the internet - use them) item 3 - statement of evidence - follow the link - it's the first of the two letters shown there. copy it out - then go on this link:Nawanda Vs HSBC she had to do the statement and she did it then there was a bit of comment from garyh - so in the end it is just right - so, once you've copied it out - take a look at that link to fill in the blanks and get it right. item 4 - the court bundle, follow the link - it's a lot of copying. also, in the litigation section - you can run a copy of settled claims Litigation Section - View and print out litigation spreadsheets here, also, a copy of all the paperwork between you and the bank since you've started this (but nothing marked without prejudice), also, the t & c's - preferably from around the time you opened your account - we are getting more and more all the time so check here: HSBC T&Cs HERE and failing any there that would help - use these: Attached Filespersonal_banking_terms.pd f (need adobe to open) and another note here - use the whole thing and highlight Clause 7.13 and one final note on the whole thing: take a look at how corn flake did her table of contents as it looks pretty good and would be a good reference for anyone doing their bundle:Court date set for 18th June t 12.00 getting worrried now any advice? (1 2 3) post 17. here's one last bit - each party must provide its documents and written evidence (court bundle) in a single bound paginated (that means with pages numbered) bundle clearly marked on the front with the case number and names of the parties. __________________ Newcomer? Here's A User Guide I hope this helps...if you send the court bundle regardless of hearing from SC&M then at least you will be covered at court.
  4. Hi all...well here's my most recent update, and may I say I have not been keeping my posts up to date...I have a Husband in Iraq and three children to look after, so please bear with me! I am doing this claim for my Husband, his court date was yesterday, He sent a letter to the judge explaining he would not be able to attend as he has been deployed to Iraq. So he called the court today, as they wouldnt speak to me about it, from what my Hubby was saying he didn't really understand the lady's legal talk on the phone lol, but from what I can gather the Judge has ordered another date in two weeks time...I don't know why this is, I don't even know if Lloyds turned up...I put together a very good court bundle of which confused the heck out of me at first, but I got there in the end, and I managed to present, with two weeks to spare, a very proffessional lookin g court bundle. i never received on e from Lloyds, and have had no correspondence from them since they sent their defence. I wonder if anyone could please share their opinion on what's happening with the court, and any ideas of what I should do next? Thank you in anticipation.....

  6. hi thanks for your reply...yes I my hubby is gonna write to the court stating he gives permission for me to act on his behalf...so is that whats happened...ive been bumped lol...what does that mean?

  8. I feel rather disheartened with the whole thing now, and fear I have lost the case. I do not understand why it got to the court stage anyway, maybe it was because my court bundle wasn't uo to sratch, and SC&M thought it would get thrown out? I put alot of work into the court bundle, and I thought it was very impressive...I was quite proud of it....I did everything by the book and by no means did I think of it as a get rich quick scheme. I would appreciate anyone elses thoughts on this.....

  10. HI.......I am having problems finding the OFT report, I followed a link onto their site from here, but it's moved, and as I don't know what it consists of I was rather confused....also, are the statements of witnesses the cases of Dunlpo tyres etc? .I would just like to thank the people who answered my previous Q's. Without this site I would never have been able to put together the court bundle. I will definately be contributing to this site should I win my case. Thanking you in anticipation....
