Can someone advise me what MCOL stands for? I didn't ask for the interest but mentioned that i may request it... Have I messed up too? Barclays have written to me twice with holding letters, enclosing the complaints leaflet but havent offered me a good will genture amount yet.. I need to get the Court ball rolling I think... Is this correct?

Hi all, I have written to Barclays for my statements, then requesting money within 14days and received a holding letter back stating that they would reply by 23rd March (after date I gave them), so I wrote back giving them seven days to reply and have since received a further holding letter saying that they will reply by 16th April. Both holding letters enclosed the comaplints leaflet. I have even approached my MP who has advised me to go to the financial Ombudsman, which I will do. What should I do now.... Start up my court process. This has been going on since 14 January so should I start this stage up now. They haven't offered me any good will genture like they have to people I know who have reached the same stage as me... Also I didn't ask for interest until my 7day letter, so am I still ok to ask for this in my Court bundle. Any advise is welcome! Many Thanks Cherriesfan2001
