Hi all I'm a newbie, just this minute joined. I had no idea about being able to reclaim bank charges until a friend on a forum that I am a member of mentioned that they had done it and got back £000's!!!! I've always resigned to the fact that it is one of those things and that I need to keep a closer eye on my accounts to make sure that I don't get charged anything, but it isn't always as simple as that in everyday life is it, things happen and we end up getting charged a fortune :-| I'm going to look into claiming from old bank accounts as well as my current one (planning to set up a new one before I start the process though), I've also got old credit cards that are now closed, but I will definitely look into claiming back from them! Feeling a bit nervous about getting started, but I am determined to do it, I've tired of feeling intimidated by banks!
