Hi all, I have been lurking here for a while (some great, inspiring stories ) and decided a few weeks ago to try to reclaim 6 years worth of bank charges from Lloyds TSB for two separate accounts. I sent off the Subject Action Request letter, as per the template, on 21 February and duly received records for the two accounts. There are several different charges on the returns, do I just add up the Overdraft Excess Fees and the Account Charges? Or do I also add the Overdraft Interest (mostly less than £1). I am now ready to send the Request for Repayment of Charges letter but am unsure of what to include in the claim. Could you help me please? Liz
