Has anybody had problems with The Ulster Bank with Bank Guarantees for overdrafts that were called in by the Bank unnecessarily I would be interested in your experience with their recovery dept.

Your point about secret evidence intriges me, I have a case against the bank and I have to submit documents in discovery prior to the case being listed in the high court. The bank have to do the same any documents not disclosed this way cannot be used in evidence?:-?

If the Judge ruled in favour of the citi bank then this becomes case law which can be used by other banks anywhere in the uk does anybody know this?

I am in legal proceedings with 2 banks here. If you have a good legal practice let me know

Do you have a good solicitor, I have found it difficult to get a legal practice to sue Banks in N Ireland as they all try to get work from the banks. I am looking for a solicitor in Belfast so if you find one let me know

I am disputing charges and interest added to an account which is now closed as I moved to another bank. They have offered a credit but I think they owe more. I would be interested in how you progress with your claim
